    Call it worrying, call it anxiety, call it impatience– even when life feels pretty great and the work/life trains run mostly smoothly, my brain reverts back to station NO CHILL.       My poet friend Dana Maya volunteers at community events with the “Sponaneous Writing Booth.” You give the poets a one-word prompt, make a small donation to a good cause, and they write you a poem on the spot.         Like many people, the new administration has stressed me out of typical anxiety, past every-so-often feelings of depression, and brought me to the brink of despondency.
