My Facebook + Instagram Imploded. What’s Next?

Hello friends who once knew me from mom writing, LTYM, or performing. My Facebook got hacked and permanently disabled, which took down my IG too. It all happened within moments. No recourse really exists — at least that doesn’t involve hours of spiraling in endless feedback loops that lead nowhere, ironically called “help” and “support.” I hear the only way to get it back is to go through someone who knows someone at Facebook. I might try that, or I might let go of all of it. Today, I’m leaning toward letting it all go.

When people tell you not to house your entire business or project on social media, this is why. I’m never more grateful for my own websites and newsletters, so at least I have some means of keeping going. Oh and LinkedIn.

Not sure if and how I’ll return, but for the meantime you can find me on my coaching site, and hear from me via my coaching newsletter. I help midlife moms feeling stuck move forward with clarity and purpose.

Implosion aside, I’m excited to announce a brand new coaching group for parents of high school seniors.

Senior year brings a firehose of information and decision-making.

Whatever path your child chooses, gain the means to reduce your stress, empower your child’s internal motivation, and tap into ease and flow.

I’m offering a 9-week group coaching and mental fitness skill-building program, co-facilitated by my brilliant colleague (and educator of 40 years) Laraine Ray. This virtual group offers support for your wellbeing and connection with your child, empowering you to successfully navigate your relationship for years to come.

    A little help please?

Would you help me spread the word about this group for parents? If you know of someone who might benefit, please do forward this along. Or you can connect me with them directly. My email is lifecoach@listenlifecoaching.com.

Thank you for reading, and for your virtual friendship. If you subscribe to this feed, reply and let me know what you’re up to these days. I love hearing from you.
